This includes, but is not limited to, written content, workout and meal plans, questionnaires, media, coach-created materials, branding, and the proprietary methods used to generate personalized fitness and nutrition plans through AI and user responses.

Users are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use these resources solely for personal, non-commercial purposes within the app. Any copying, reproduction, modification, distribution, resale, reverse-engineering, or unauthorized linking of the app’s content, questionnaires, AI-driven personalization features, or other intellectual property is strictly prohibited without prior written consent from LETZ GEAUX FITNESS.

Violation of these terms may result in immediate suspension or termination of access, and LETZ GEAUX FITNESS reserves the right to pursue all available legal remedies.
